At Etheridge Family Dentistry, we are committed to assuring you the best experience you can have. Doing high quality, comprehensive dentistry today can require not only an emotional investment, but a financial one as well.

Before your consultation, Dr Ty will review the patient's X-rays and photos, along with the desires, fears and needs of the patient to create the best treatment plan possible.  Dr Ty or a consult advisor will provide the patient with a description of the proposed treatment. 

We will also discuss your investment prior to any treatment in conjunction with payment options, so that one can achieve their dental health goals according to their finances. These combined efforts will help to prevent any unexpected expenses owed at the time of service.

We will be happy to bill your insurance provider as a courtesy for you, though it is beneficial to understand your own policy, as every insurance plan is different.  Dental needs or desires may go beyond your existing insurance coverage or alotment. If this occurs, we will work together with you and a third party creditor, "CareCredit," in order for you to achieve your goals.  The finance company conveniently offers low monthly payment plans, with even an interest-free option.  This can allow you to help reach your optimal dental health and get that beautiful, radiant smile you've always wanted. 

We also accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express.  If you have any questions about financing or payment, please ask us!  We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.

 

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved especially for you.  We understand that your time is valuable and we'll make every effort to provide services in a timely manner.  We strive to give each patient our undivided attention for the scheduled appointment time. In exchange, we ask the same of you and expect that you are present for your appointment at the reserved scheduled time. 

If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask you to respectfully notify our office no less than 48 business hours before your scheduled time in order to reschedule you, and also allow someone else to reserve that time for themselves.  We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee without advance notice to the patient's account for cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment.    Thank you for the cooperation and understanding.
