The Arboretum Court complex is conveniently located on the cross streets of Madison Street and Lake Washington Blvd. The beautiful Arboretum and Japanese Gardens are just steps away for your enjoyment before or after your appointment. Meet our doctors
Dr. Ty Etheridge grew up in Port Townsend on the Olympic peninsula where he first recognized his passion to work with the health care profession. Looking back, he recalls the day he dressed up as a dentist for Kindergarten Career Day. Inspired by a childhood dream, Dr. Ty devoted himself to the realization of this ambition – to become a true family dentist, connected to and giving back to the community he serves.
While attending the University of Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, Dr. Ty pursued his career with great dedication, graduating number one in his class in clinical operations. He received awards in comprehensive patient care for outstanding clinical performance and for his achievements in advanced aesthetics and cosmetic dentistry. Following graduation, he worked with two of the leading cosmetic dentists – Dr. Michael Koczarski (former co-director of the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum), followed by the mentorship of Dr. Doug Rossi (clinical instructor of the Las Vegas Institute of Cosmetic Dentistry). Currently Dr. Ty is a visiting faculty member at Spear Education.
Dr. Ty Etheridge expresses his commitment and enthusiasm for the patient to achieve their full potential in becoming satisfied with their dental desires. Clinically, Dr. Ty treats each patient’s care with an interdisciplinary approach giving the patient the best opportunity to accomplish the highest and most beneficial level of service to those patients seeking improvements to their health and beauty.

Dr. Dongha Oh is a periodontist, who provides bone & tissue regenerative procedures, oral health rehabilitation with dental implant, cosmetic and periodontal surgery. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he completed his dental training and earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with an honor of Dr. Earle Banks Hoyt teaching award. Seeking further expertise in dentistry, he continued a 3-year specialty residency in periodontics and implant dentistry at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, earning a Certificate in periodontics and a Master of Dental Science degree. Presently Dr. Oh is a diplomate of American Board of Periodontology. He embraces the concept of comprehensive dental care, which will lead to optimal oral health and natural beauty of smile with a collaboration of your primary dental provider. He always aims to achieve an uncompromised standard of excellence in dental care to assure the best quality dental service that you deserve. Dr. Oh is fully aware of how difficult patients might feel about dental and surgical treatment. He strives to offer you a relaxing and positive experience with gentle care.

Her career as a Registered Dental Hygienist began in 1989. She has continued to grow professionally and has been a leader and facilitator in her roles as an advisor to dental hygiene students, former President of the Washington Dental Hygienists’ Association, leader in her community, and as a dental practice coach.
Our mutually shared philosophy of relationship based patient centered care is a foundation at EFD.
Brie Farley
Brie was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest near Seattle. She trained as a competitive gymnast for 15 years, which heavily contributed to Brie’s work ethic and commitment to excellence. She then went on to receive her Undergraduate Degree with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Minor in Biology at Western Washington University. Deciding to follow in her father’s footsteps, she continued to receive her post graduate degree in Dental Hygiene from SUNY Binghamton in New York. Her father, a dentist, Dr Mike Farley, taught her about providing quality care and integrity with patients. This led to 22 years of continued education and clinical practice to ensure the best care for her patients in non-surgical periodontal care, with an emphasis on the oral-systemic impact. Her main love is for her two Children, son Colton 16 an avid basketball player and daughter Keenan 13 a competitive gymnast. Outside of raising them, she enjoys spending time up at their cabin near Steven’s Pass, spending time with her whole family, and works out regularly.
Lizette Luna
Lizette Luna is a dedicated Dental Assistant at Etheridge Family Dentistry with over five years of hands-on experience in the healthcare field. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science from Concordia University and is a certified Dental Assistant, bringing both knowledge and compassion to every patient interaction. Lizette plays a key role in assisting with dental procedures and ensuring patient comfort through skilled, attentive care.
Born and raised in California, Lizette moved to Seattle a few years ago and has loved becoming part of the local community. Passionate about helping others, she thrives in creating a calm and supportive environment for patients of all ages. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, discovering new restaurants, and finding ways to stay active and energized every day.

I have worked as a dental assistant for over 25 years. I am blessed with 3 children of my own and 5 stepchildren, so I have many beautiful grandchildren!
My husband and I have a small farm in Monroe Washington, I love nature and being outdoors, kayaking. Bicycling, hiking and gardening.

Upon reflecting on my service to the dental community for 20+years I Appreciate how all of my personal dental experiences give me insight in regards to patient care. Every year there are new discoveries that connect our over all health with our oral health. I constantly think about that when patient needs are most immediate. My goal is to have a fluent and comprehensive understanding of how dental health relates to general health so I can best serve our patients.
In my free time I love to walk all over seattle and explore; hike, run and hang out with my family.
